The problem with mine was that it completely ignored any configuration settings in its local directory, and only wrote to AppData. Nothing could change that, regardless of how many instances were open. It also causes linking issues, since it always thinks there's two instances open. That's what I me...

Yeah, Task Manager never shows another instance of it running. I can confirm when the issue arises, though.
