Whether I choose 25% or 200% the results seem the same.

I want to play games at a faster FPS than 60.   When I choose the "Turbo mode" the FPS is 400+ No matter what throttle I pick it is 400+ whether or not turbo is activated.   I'd like to play at around 180FPS is there any way to play faster than 60fps but slower than max speed?   I am us...
