The 64 bit version also works for me too now. However, if you try to change the fullscreen image filter, the emulator completely halts and has to be closed through task manager.

No luck—I installed the latest VS 2010 runtimes (both x86 and x64), and got the same results—x64 version crashes with no error message when launching a rom, and the x86 version doesn't even run at all.  I'm having this same exact issue. The 64 bit version closes at opening a rom, and 32 bit n...
