Add % control for "Speedup" button
It would be very handy to have a control setting to affect the Speedup button so that it could more comfortably fit a play-style. It's really great that you've included this feature, but or me right now it's almost unusable. I'm sure I'll manage somehow (lol). Â Also, programmable "Turbo"...
