I'm not sure if it's the right thread, since I don't know much about the sound drivers, but when testing Seiken Densetsu 3, I noticed constant crackling in the sound.

Getting Started on New VBA Build
Ok when I come try to use the program, I get an error and I think it's the dll packs, but I'm not sure what to do with them. I tried to simply put them in the same folder as the new build, but the same thing happens. Any ideas?
