Why didn't anyone invent a bump function yet?
Too troublesome (people could bump their threads 50 times an hour if they dont see people replying. would be a bypass of the forum rules about multiple consecutive posting).
someone just cooked a bump plugin for nybb recently, pretty much still ...

There is a small listing of the latest used roms.
Its in FILE -> RECENT. The top one is the latest one played. You can load it via a keyboard shortcut of CTRL+F1 (similar procedure with other game, F2, F3, etc...)

The periodic dx runtimes are not truly supported. DirectX is just backwardcompatible, nothing more.

how about a database instead (or flatfiles)? easier updating, easily searchable (for updating it with new codes) that is, only for the code collecting effort itself, not the format itself that was discussed earlier

It seems that the people violating the gpl are posting that they can bypass the encryption. My suggestion is to password protect the svn/download area until this issue is resolved either have them join us so they don't violate the gpl or they cease and decist their violations

It's a pretty obscure game indeed. Since it's an unlicenced game, could be sloppy coding that's causing it to fail to run properly... It uses a nonstandards mapper (mapper bankswitching could be tried, but the benefit of such an effort expense would be expected to be trivial at best)
