The site's up, and I can browse the SVN with the web interface... Perhaps it's able to be accessed again? or those parts never went down...

Yeah, the site had issues due to a file being flagged as a virus, after chatting with the TASVideos devs.

Now its okay. Mainly all I needed was the audio driver to replace my current WinMM one, and code to have a nice input specification dialog like Snes9x has.
