Hello there,
Â
I posted this under the VisualBoyAdvance discussion section on the ngemu forums, and was referred to this site since VBA isn't being developed any more. So, I am posting this here in the hopes that you will be able to help out with this. Here is a copy:

I have a question regarding using cheat codes in VisualBoyAdvance:
Â
Is there a way to modify cheat codes after you put them in? Or, is it possible to change the value that you initially put in when entering the code for the first time?
Â
If this cannot be done in the program itself, is there some other way of doing it?
Â
Thank you for any help you can provide

I understand that you can put in any value you like when creating the code. I was interested in changing that value portion of the code after you initially create the code.
Â
Most emulators do allow you to do this. Snes9x, Fceux, NESten, DeSmuMe-the list goes on and on. In any of these emulators, you can 'Modify' the code after creating it. I was hoping there was a way to do this in VisualBoyAdvance as well. Or, if there was at least a way to open the saved cheat file in WordPad or Notepad to edit the code there, although that is quite inconvenient.
Â
Maybe there isn't a way of doing this. But, if not, then this is definitely a suggestion for the future.
Â
Thanks again for your help.
