Okay so I've been lost on how to install filter plugins for the graphics settings in this program. I've searched all over the internet on how to do it but I haven't been able to find a single article or post anywhere can anyone help?

Also I understand this may be a really dumb question and I'm probably just missing something or being an idiot but I've been looking everywhere.
