Williams F1 Steering wheel

I have the XBCD driver working with the steering part of the wheel but for some reason the paddle on the left side (It says A on it) is not doing the same as when I press A (It does nothing) whereas X on the right side is doing the same as the X button. Also for some reason RT paddle is not working at all (Worked on the Xbox so I know it works). Also the paddles read as buttons which makes it really hard to maintain speed in any game.
