Is it possible to change the SAV files into sa1 files?

I downloaded an emulator on my phone that does not support the SAV file for saves and will only accept sa1 or sa2. Is it possible to convert the SAV file on VBA-M to a sa1 or sa2?

 

I'd like to be able to play when I'm not at home on my computer and use my computer to play when I'm at home.

Just change the file extension from sav to sa1 or sa2. It's still the same data.

i change the name of "Rockman 4.5.sav" to "Rockman 4.5.sa1" and...

i lost my fireman ;-;
