Just download it and put it in the same folder as the main executable.

 

You can either:

• Download d3dx9_37.dll

• or Use the DirectX WebUpdater to update your Directx version

here, in the attachment. Just uncompress it in the same folder as visualboyadvance.exe

d3dx9..dll is missing Q_Q

Is this the DriectX file? I have already DirectX10
