Recruitment of new developers

I'm not sure where we're currently standing, so I'm asking:

IMO it would be great to get even more developers on board, so the development process goes a little faster, even if mudlord has much to do and I'm a little lazy.

In order for new potential developers to come to VBA-M, they have to know we are always recruiting instead of going to other projects. We should create a sticky in the forums with informations for potential developers, whom they can contact and so on.

I will happily help everyone interested in realizing his own ideas in VBA-M and tell them where to start and where to find what in the code, since I have quite a good idea about all the files and builds now.

Indeed, the more developers the better. Especially for assisting the other developers like Nach and I, when we are very busy with real life activities like work or university (I have been busy with university, due to it being exam and assesment season, plus its starting to get quite full-on).

However, naturally, there needs to be a screening process, as we need a standard of code quality and experience of course. /emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

One major activity we are lacking is a skilled Mac developer though to assist us in our goal to have a decent VBA fork which incorporates many of the features from other builds, as well as having its own unique benefits, such as blargg's updated sound core.

I think that we should contact an admin with news posting privilages on NGemu to get more attention to this. Maybe Chrono Archangel, Kirby, or Hard core Rikki.

Talk to Nach or Spacy on IRC.

They have the tools you need to get the rls version working.
