Can't get vba-m to even open on my machine

Hello, I tried to use vba-m today on my windows 10 machine and I couldn't get it to open. An error message would come up saying "The program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I couldn't find any solutions and even tried to install it myself to no avail. Please help

After I posted I installed it and it worked I forgot to delete this pos. I did the read tthe manual for the most part, you sound like an Arch user, saying that. Thanks for the reply. ^^
