Can't load zipped GB rom and slow turbo

I'm moving from VBA 1.8 to VBA-M and I'm facing these problems:

 

First, I can't load zipped GB rom, I have to extract it to load:

 

 

And when I press turbo button I get 3000₆₀₀₀% of speed, in VBA I got 10000% constant speed acceleration.

 

Another thing, this is a suggestion, is to put only one option to load games and not separate by console like (Open GBA, Open GBC, Open GB) just one (Open rom).

Can't load even GBA roms if it is zipped... Why?

our version of FEX only supports ZIP using DEFLATE

So zips using deflate64, bzip, ppmd or lzma will fail

VBA does alot of things wrong,

Luckily that 10,000 - 6000 difference doesn't mean its 40% slower in real emulation.

I'm going to deny that suggestion, i prefer my roms in individual folders.

How do I use DEFLATE (I don't even know what it means) in Windows 7 x64? How do I solve this problem using Windows 7 x64? I just want to load zipped roms, it's easier and roms are smaller when zipped.

what are you zipping the files with?

 

the legacy compression in winzip is deflate

7z offers all the various types, but i think defaults to deflate.

i download roms zipped from coolrom, and i have winrar x64 on pc
