I have the Ukrainian translation for Visual Boy Advance-M. Is it possible to add to the project? Thanks in advance.

Localization is done via https://www.transifex.com/bgk/vba-m, in which once considered 100%, it'll then be pulled by GitHub into the source repository and then included in the next update.
